POWERHOUSS is a full-service architecture firm with in-house digital rendering, interior design, and photography, with a library of original design books and planning workbooks for homeowners and buyers alike.

Founder / Architect / Author Scott Moses brings a wealth of talent, optimism, and excitement to every project. His architecture is always a rich blend of cultures. Having grown up in California, Washington State, Utah, and New York, Scott loves to break cultural norms by blending styles and material palettes that transcend more predictable regional designs. His travels to Asia, Mexico, Europe, the South Pacific, and across the United States offer him a deep collection of material possibilities and architectural maneuvers to offer beautiful, timeless, yet playful homes anchored in durability and functionality. Based in Kaysville (northern Utah), the firm serves clientele across the United States.

After working with various reputable firms in northern Utah for over a decade, Scott created POWERHOUSS to contribute fresh new ideas into Utah’s residential design, with the intent to design and build throughout the United States. Scott’s approach to architecture is to treat the exterior and interior experiences as one - meaning the interior design is always married to the architecture, rather than cultivating the interior design as a separate deliverable. His philosophy of cohesion provides architecture that doesn’t stand alone from the interiors for a truly timeless experience for every client.

We can recommend the best engineers and builders to assist in the bidding and construction process, and insist that all players (owners, designers, engineers, builders) be involved in our projects as early in the design process as possible.
